We offer comprehensive CCTV AMC services starting at ₹500, ensuring timely inspections, preventive maintenance, and expert technical support.

General Terms & Conditions

Contract Period

The AMC is valid for one year from the date of signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Renewal is subject to satisfactory service and compliance with the contract terms.

Payment Terms

AMC payments are made on a quarterly advance basis.

AMC Includes

8 preventive maintenance visits per year (2 visits per quarter).
Camera visibility testing.
DVR/NVR recording verification.
DVR/NVR settings verification.
Hard disk error checking.
Travel charges included.
Service support for DVR/NVR warranty processing (where applicable).
Connector servicing included.
Additional visits beyond 8 visits will be charged at ₹500 per visit.

Warranty Support

If the DVR/NVR was supplied by Plush Technologies, we will coordinate warranty service with the manufacturer. For products purchased from other suppliers, warranty support can be provided on a best-effort basis upon submission of the purchase invoice.

AMC Does Not Include

Replacement of CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, hard disks, or accessories.
Standby equipment during repairs.
Password reset services.
Relocation of CCTV equipment.
Data backup or recovery services.
Consumable items and spare parts.

Taxes

AMC charges are exclusive of applicable GST or any other government taxes.

Working Hours

Preventive maintenance will normally be carried out during the customer's working hours. Emergency services outside office hours or on holidays can be arranged with prior communication.

Final Authority

The Head of the Organization availing the AMC shall be the final authority for approval of AMC payments.

Types of AMC

CCTV AMCs can be broadly categorized into:

Non-Comprehensive AMC (Service Only)

This type of contract primarily covers regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting, and repair services. The cost of replacement parts is usually not included and will be charged extra as needed.

Comprehensive AMC (With Parts)

This agreement includes all the services of a non-comprehensive AMC, along with the replacement of faulty components (excluding physical damage or misuse) within the contract period. This offers a more predictable maintenance cost.
